When the release of IQ's ninth studio album 'Frequency' was delayed the accompanying tour had already been booked. As the band were relying on sales from the album to finance the tour they decided at the last minute to release a pair of 'Tour CDs' featuring promos, works in progress, live tracks, demos and alternative versions.

Limited to just a thousand copies each these CDs proved to be popular and ensured that the band were able to break even on the tour.
